Who we are
The data you provide to is to Bassett's Farm Forum.

We are a small group of Horsmonden villagers who have come together to fight Persimmon's proposal for housing at Basssett's Farm, Horsmonden.
How we will use your data
We will use your data when it is necessary to inform you of developments in matters relating to the planning application at Bassett's Farm, Horsmonden. That will be solely by email. We will only use the data you have chosen to provide, and will interpret your signing up to our mailing list as express permission for us to do this.
We will not share your information with anyone outside of this group.
We will be using services provided by Wix (website design and hosting), MailChimp (email design and distribution) and Google (email address), and your data will be stored there for as long as it is needed to keep you up to date with the Bassett's Farm development.

Unless you ask for your data to be deleted, we will keep it for the duration of the planning process at Bassett's Farm so that we can keep you updated. If the planning matters are unresolved after five years, we will ask you if you still wish to remain in our database.

We will destroy the data when it is no longer needed to keep you updated.

Your rights
Data protection legislation gives you a number of rights regarding your information. Your rights are as follows:
• Rectification: if information Bassett's Farm Forum holds about you is incorrect you can ask us to correct it.
• Access: you can also ask what information we hold about you and be provided with a copy.
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete the information that we hold about you.
