Bassetts Farm Forum have been informed by Persimmon that they are 'reviewing and amending' their proposals for Bassetts Farm.
Persimmon intend to present the revised plans to the Parish Council in August, prior to formally submitting them.
We understand that this presentation will be at a public meeting.
Persimmon have faced a number of challenges with their first proposal.
There are the many unanswered questions from the statutory consultees, the policies that must be observed from the Neighbourhood Plan, the objections from the village and the Bassetts Farm Forum letter to the Borough Council Planning Committee Members, which Persimmon are having to take into account.
Because of this news, we don't anticipate any proposal going before the TWBC Planning Committee before August at the earliest.
