Persimmon have amended their plans for their Bassetts Farm application and have uploaded 58 new documents to the planning portal.
These include a revised Design and Access Statement, revisions to the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, and an explanatory Covering Letter from Persimmon’s Planning Consultant.

And remember it's what the developer ISN'T saying that is as important as what is included in these new documents..
TWBC have told the Parish Council that a formal consultation period is now running until 11th July.
We are working through all these amendments and will update with our thoughts as soon as we can.
