Persimmon's new application for building 120 houses on the orchards at Bassetts Farm (in addition to 20 they are already building there) has been published online today.
Bassetts Farm Forum will be examining it closely and we'll send you our appraisal of the plans in the coming days.

Time available for the public to comment is a minimum of 21 days but the actual last date for comments is not currently clear.
Do take a look at the plans and see how every element will affect our lives in Horsmonden - including traffic, school and doctor places, emergency and pedestrian access, enjoyment of countryside, village character, dark skies to name a few.
It is important that as many residents as possible submit their comments to TWBC. We are keen that any development at Bassetts is the right development for our village.
