We have finalised and sent our letter to the Councillors who will be considering Persimmon's Bassetts Farm application for approval or rejection.
The letter outlines, point by point, where we feel the application falls short of regulations, local needs and sensitivities, and fails to meet the standards required by statute.
There is also an Annex document which goes into much more detail to each point.

Lobbying councillors is common practice and allows us to draw their attention to details they may not otherwise have time to scrutinize, and to highlight the concerns of the village.
The date of the planning meeting is still to be confirmed - we will keep you posted.
